The French blockchain startup Varanida, offering the decentralized solution for an advertising and content, declared today acquisition medias-platforms of Secret Media.
Founded by frenchmen Frédéric Montagnon and Julien Romanetto in 2014th the decentralized platform Secret Media helps publishers and advertisers to find going even near that category of internet users that use the blackout an advertisement programs.
The startup Varanida, which creates transparent Internet with the help of decentralization, decided to increase its efficiency and expand its business by acquiring the Secret Media platform.
Over the past four years, Secret Media has collaborated with such large local and international media groups as Condé Nast, TF1, NBC, IAC, CNN, IBT, AOL, Rakuten and Prisma.
The press release says that the association will benefit all interested parties in the advertising industry: advertisers who want to advertise their ads, publishers who need to monetize their content, and users who want to filter out incoming advertising content.
Also in the official statement it is noted that Secret Media’s encryption technology designed to restore blockchain impressions will help Varanida to develop its first validation of the concept, which is planned for the end of 2018. Anji Ismail, CEO of Varanida, added:

Now we unite these two sides – media and users. The pooling of resources will allow us to accelerate our activities and continue to develop partnerships.”
