This is reported by The Investor.
On December 5, the Commission for Financial Services of South Korea published a directive according to which bitcoin futures were deemed illegal.
It is noted that the ban applies to all participants of the Korean Financial Investment Association.
Earlier, the South Korean Financial Services Commission (FSC) banned any form of primary coin offer (ICO) in the country, as well as all types of lending in digital currencies, including margin trading.
