Palladium and Bittrex launched the first in the history ICCO


A blockchain company Palladium and leading bitcoin exchange of Bittrex declared the first in history the  Initial Convertible Coin Offering (ICCO). Placing passes in the fully managed environment on Malta.

As the saying goes in the press-release of Bittrex, difference convertible chinks in that during three years after producing the holders of these chinks will be able at any moment to change them on the actions of Palladium.

On the start the project Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat, Secretary of Parliament, on digital Innovations and Finances Silvio Schemer, and also head of the Maltese Management of Financial Services Joseph Cuschieri was present.

“This ICCO will become one of the largest investment possibilities in the blockchain world. Institutional investors understand all pluses  investing in cryptocurrency industry, but adjusting absence frightens off them. The decision of Palladium will change it and will allow to the users to use the accounts for a management by cryptocurrency and by fiat assets in complete accordance with the requirements regulators”, – Paolo Catalfamo talks.

The aim of ICCO is collection of the financing in size of $150 million the Official campaign is pre-arranged on a period from July, 25 to September, 30, and presale tokens began on Tuesday, on July, 10.

We will remind that Malta only last week accepted new legislative acts  which regulates the cryptocurrency sphere. Silvio Schemer marked then, that Malta had become one of the first countries with such adjusting
