The elite suites of Dukley Gardens in Montenegro were sold for 420 BTC (approximately $3, 2 million). Bitcoin.com reports about it.

Three apartments of Luxury class located in a housing estate Dukley Gardens, being in city Budva largest tourist center that is located at the Adriatic coast.

As edition reports, the real estate was sold after bitcoin due to efforts local company Astra Montenegro Investment Association (AMIA). The last moves forward cryptocurrencies actively, convincing to accept to payment “digital gold” hotels and restaurants of city Budva.

One clients of company is a 25-years-old crypto enthusiast from France. According to him, the process of purchase passed very quickly. In a transaction a legal company Prelević’s Law participated also. Right after signing documents and realization of the corresponding BTC- transaction, cryptocurrency was immediately converted in an euro.

“Unlike many doubtful, our company the first in a region began to sell the real estate for cryptocurrencies”, the representatives of AMIA mark.

Also, according to them, AMIA has more permanent clients in a great deal due to that cryptocurrencies are accepted to payment by not many companies in the world.

A complex Dukley Gardens consists of 202 suites rooms by an area from 80 to 212 sq. m., having to three sleeping rooms from one. Prices start from 125 BTC for the suites of rooms with one bedroom, arriving at 800 BTC for two-tier penthouse.

Before the Swiss company Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps (MCT), creating an exclusive collection clock, suggested to pay a purchase cryptocurrency. On the web-site of online shop three variants the payment commodity are offered: in Bitcoin, in Bitcoin Cash and by a bank order in dollars, euro and Swiss francs.
