Another employee, who managed to stay unnoticed, was able to contact the police before the attackers seized the assets of the exchange, told law enforcement.

One of the suspects was detained. He was a 19-year-old resident of Ottawa. He has already been charged with attempted armed robbery and forced deprivation of liberty.
