Users of the HitBTC Exchange have been having problems with the withdrawal of all cryptocurrency assets for more than two weeks due to the impossibility of conducting transactions. This is stated at the forum of the exchange.
“I can not withdraw any asset for more than two weeks, despite entering the correct 2FA code and confirming the request by e-mail. I’ve created a ticket to support service three times, but I have not received an answer. Moreover, I’m far from the only one affected by this problem, “- wrote the forum member under the name archos.
Many users are convinced that blocked funds are under threat, and HitBTC carries out a fraudulent scheme, but there is no evidence to support such accusations so far.
It is worth noting that one of the users has tracked the transfer of 15 million XRPs from HitBTC to the account at Poloniex and claims that these are all the reserves of Ripple on the exchange.
Representatives of the organization do not comment on the current situation, although the Twitter-page is actively replenished with new posts.
Recall, earlier HitBTC made a mistake when listing AMM tokens, increasing each deposit by a million times.
